Where this policy applies
This policy applies to AvrinTech services and resources you access or control. It also applies to users or parties you authorize to use those resources. Applicable law, your service agreement, and third-party provider rules remain relevant.
Prohibited activity
- Unlawful content or activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or distribution of malware.
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, exploitation of another system, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive sending practices, or deliberate evasion of anti-abuse protections.
- Denial-of-service activity or interference with other customers, networks, or service availability.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights, disclosure of information without authorization, or misuse of personal information.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive conduct directed at customers, staff, or other people.
Resources and technical limits
Use service resources within the limits of your plan and applicable vendor requirements. Do not deliberately bypass quotas, restrictions, or security controls. If your workload creates an operational issue, we may need to discuss changes, an appropriate plan, or protective action. This policy does not introduce an undisclosed numerical resource limit.
Security testing and vulnerability reports
Do not test, scan, or attempt to exploit systems unless the relevant owner has expressly authorized the activity and scope. Report a suspected vulnerability without exposing other customers’ data or continuing intrusive testing.
Reporting abuse
Send reports to [email protected]. Include the affected domain, URL, IP address, or account; the date and time with timezone; a description of the activity; and relevant evidence. Do not attach executable malware or include passwords and authentication codes.
Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular finding or action. We may need further information to verify the issue.
How reports and violations are handled
We may investigate a report, request information, require corrective action, or restrict affected services as permitted by the agreement and applicable law. Protective action may be necessary before notice when an immediate security threat, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement makes prior notice impractical.
Actions should address the affected activity and circumstances. Suspension or termination does not automatically erase an existing payment obligation or provide a refund. Billing outcomes remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
