We quote the current offer for your organization, seat count, term and billing frequency. License prices come from our current catalog/provider pricing process rather than a fixed marketing-page price.
Licensing, onboarding, mailbox migration and ongoing IT management are separately scoped. Buying a security-capable license does not mean every protection is already configured.
Yes. We review the tenant, subscription commitments, administrator access and current provider arrangements before proposing a change.
Annual commitments may remain payable after the provider cancellation window. We confirm the offer-specific rules before ordering; stopping renewal is different from ending the current commitment.
Microsoft offers different variants. We confirm the selected SKU and Teams requirements in the quote.
