Choose your starting point
Choose a review, a protection project or a backup plan. We will identify the exact systems and responsibilities before work begins.
Know where you stand
A practical view of your current exposure.
Strengthen the basics
Put the agreed safeguards in place.
Prepare for interruption
Define what is protected and how to restore it.
Security tools, monitoring and backup services require an explicit scope. Recovery objectives, retention, test frequency and response targets are confirmed in writing. Third-party licensing and storage costs are listed separately.
Be specific about protection
Limit unnecessary administrator access, review MFA and agree how staff join, change roles and leave.
Define supported endpoints, update responsibilities and the protection or monitoring tools actually included.
Document backup coverage, retention, access and restoration. A backup plan includes testing and an agreed recovery process.
Plan the response
Agree who can authorize actions and who receives alerts. Include relevant vendor and provider contacts.
Define the systems in scope, the assistance available and the limits of the response arrangement.
Record issues and test outcomes, then plan improvements according to business impact.
Before we begin
No service can guarantee the absence of an incident. We define the safeguards, monitoring and response work included in your agreement.
Retention and recovery features vary by platform and plan. We review the actual requirement rather than assume every workload has an independent backup.
We can scope technical work and documentation, but this page does not offer certification, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance with a regulatory framework.
Only when expressly agreed. Ongoing monitoring, emergency response, forensic work and recovery projects can have separate scope and charges.
